Packaged ramen noodles are always one of a teen's favorite foods, because they are FAST and EASY to make. Plus, they are pretty filling, which is important for constantly hungry kids. Using the recipes in this book, we have learned how to create ramen noodles from scratch, and learned how to "healthify" packaged ramen noodles. The pictures are stunning and will make your mouth water and make your feet want to go running into the kitchen. All of the recipes come with step-by-step photo instructions.In addition to being a cookbook, it is a history book as it delves into the history of the noodle and its influence all over the world.

This book is a knowledgeable teacher through well written instruction and beautiful photos. I've made both the Harissa Duck ramen and the Soy Milk Dashi ramen with equally delicious results!
