The exercises within are a "must try" By Michael Volpi This is a nice little book that tells you how to simply maintain a more calm and positive attitude to your life. I thought the chapter on “monitoring your moods, fantasies, and inner self-talk” was very useful with some nice self-exercises to try out. So, overall, it doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary information and it gets right to the point and each of the chapters will give you some exercises to do as well – a nice easy to read and apply book packed full of ideas to help create a stress free day, week and life.

I've been pretty stressed aren't do to many personal things in my life. I've always managed it well, but everyone needs help at times. That is why I purchased this book. It is full of great advice on how to free your mind and live a much less stressful life. I enjoyed this book and can feel the stress lifting off my shoulders already.
