About the Author Tim Brizard is a Software Engineer in Orlando, Florida. He has designed and developed enterprise level systems since 1997. His experience includes architecting solutions for both small and large companies alike. He started his programming career using COBOL, RPG, and Unix and then started to use object-oriented languages like C++ and Java (r). He has a comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented languages, distributed computing, and database solutions. His architecture experience ranges from simple client-server to n-tier applications. He has a passion for software delivery and teaching others about improving the quality of software.

By joe chatterjee Very helpful book if teams or companies are leaning towards agile, are using agile or want to get an understanding or review their process. The author does a wonderful job in intertwining the real life examples with thoughts that can be used as recommendations or helps to gauge what went right, or wrong. Excellent book highly recommend for anyone who has been part of the software development life- cycle for sometime.

Whether you are or are not using Agile, this book is really helpful in understanding the problems and solutions to developing software in a team environment. Very good examples and scenarios that can be used on any project. I highly recommend it to anyone in the software development field.
