There've been plenty of guides to publishing through the Amazon/CreateSpace system, and some of them are very good. And on balance, I prefer the Createspace route. But for certain cases, especially for getting books into bookstores, IngramSpark can be a highly useful service, and a little complex to navigate. Kudos to Clark for filling a gap in helping authors through the process.

If you're thinking this will be helpful in formatting files for upload (what is universally considered to be the most difficult part of Ingramspark), you'll be disappointed. It's a very short book with general information about how self-publishing works and how to use the site. There's actually a page on how to start your account ("Step 1: Open your web browser") and a page about making sure you have the correct verb tenses when you proofread. If you need help with how to open an account or proofread your book, Ingramspark isn't for you anyway. Createspace or Lulu are better options.

Would like to see a follow-up book explaining more specifically about a step by step workflow once the books have been made. Such as understanding and organizing the Ingram Spark forms and bookkeeping for self-publishers. This book touches upon this, but I'm looking for a more concrete workflow plan on the business end of it.
